We are excited to announce that this year's trip will be to Orlando, Florida where all the Marching Band, Orchestra and Wind Ensemble students will have the wonderful opportunity to participate in a Disney Performing Arts Workshop and perform in a Disney Park.  
USCHS Faculty: Mr. Pickell, Ms. Milovac, Ms. Shoemaker, and Dr. Seybert
Trip Chairs: Bill Lang- BPA, Rich McCormick- BPA, Tara Rankin- CB
The trip chairs will be working with the directors, the booster organizations, chaperones, and the travel agent to ensure a successful trip and positive experience for all. :)
Itinerary Information:
  • Dates: EARLY am April 26- Late Evening April 30th
  • Tentative Cost: $1590- Final cost will be determined in February and will be based on the number of travelers and expenses.  All students are encouraged to take advantage of ALL fundraising opportunities provided by the USCBPA
  • Flight from Pittsburgh International Airport to Orlando Airport via Charter with overflow to Southwest
  • Lodging at Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista (5 students to a room- no buddies this year)
  • Security guards for overnight supervision
  • All meals provided

Important Dates:

9/20/17- Trip Letters Mailed
10/15/17, 9pm - Initial Deposit & Form Due
10/16/17- $100 Late Fee Begins, until all spots are filled
10/16/17- Student Online Registration Begins
11/12/17- Student Online Registration Ends
Nov/Dec- Chaperone Online Registration
12/31/17- $250 Cancellation Fee Begins
Mid Feb 2018- Final Payment Letters will be Mailed
2/25/18- Final Payment Due, All parties canceling after this date will be responsible for the full cost of the trip
January - Chaperone Meeting
3/19/18 7:30 PM - Mandatory Pre-Trip Meeting
4/23/18 7 PM - Pre-Trip Concert

Marching Band

Everyone please note:  All polos & bags ordered now for marching band will be delivered the first day of camp. Shoes ordered prior to 6/10/18 will be delivered the first day of camp. Shoes ordered after that will be delivered during camp, exact date TBD.
