• We are partnering with Kauffman Family Marketplace - an Amish country store in Burgettstown, PA - to offer delicious hoagies as well as pepperoni rolls, cinnamon rolls, and fry pies!
• Kauffman's makes Italian, Turkey, & Three Cheese hoagies. We will not have tuna hoagies or pepperoni hoagies in this sale. The hoagies also will not come with American cheese like they did in the fall.
• Walnut Creek Cheese & Market supplies the cinnamon rolls and they are OUTSTANDING! 
• Swiss Maid supplies the fry pies. A fun homeade treat with no preservatives. For spring, we will be selling 4 flavors: apple, lemon, strawberry and peach!
• As usual, hoagies can be donated to a local charity - a great way to support the sale for those who don't want to buy hoagies.
• Families should place one order that includes the count for all their customers. Families are also responsible for delivering products to their customers.

SELL WHEN: Sales are open now and orders are due in Zeffy by noon Friday, September 18th.

PICKUP WHEN: Orders will be ready for pick up on Tuesday, October 6th between 4-7pm in the High School LGI (Arts Entrance).

For Email and Social Media orders - the easiest way to sell! This form can be emailed and also posted on your social media pages. It allows your buyers to fill out an order form that will track of your sales and delivery information.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE ORDER FORM INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY. 

***YOU MUST FIRST MAKE A COPY OF THE FORM BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES***

1. You need to have a Google account and be logged in.
2. Click on this link: 2026 Fall Hoagies & More Order Form MAKE COPY ONLY. 
3. Click the three vertical dots in the upper right-hand corner.
4. Click "Make a Copy" --- this is important or multiple people will be editing the same form, and it will be a disaster.
5. Name the form something with YOUR family name on it.
6. Click "Make a Copy" on that menu.
7. In the middle, there are three sections - Questions, Responses,  and Settings. 
8. Click on "Questions" to access the page to make your edits to personalize the form.
9. On the Responses page, you'll probably want to link it to a Google Sheet (a spreadsheet like Excel). Click "Link to Sheets" and follow the prompts.
10. You can turn off "Accepting Responses" on the Responses page so people don't continue to order after the deadline.
11. Click the purple "Send" button in the upper right. There is a line that says "Send Via" and has an email icon and a link icon. You can get the link to the form to post on social media or email it to people straight from there.
12. You'll return to the Google Sheet to see it fill up as people order.

We are now offering the following incentives:

1. $50 gift card for the person who has the highest amount of gross sales.
2. $30 gift card for the person who has the 2nd highest amount of gross sales.
3. $20 gift card for the person who has 3rd highest amount of gross sales.
